[KLOOK Exclusive] Niseko/Tomamu Group Mandarin Ski Experience

Had a really enjoyable time with Andy. He was very patience and guided us throughout. We felt really safe under his care and learned a lot during the ski class in Tomamu.

Couch 宣教练 is good. Within 2 hours learning, I know how to begin the ski. On the same day afternoon I went to Nipo Chair cable and can ski down from Hello Nipo!

Coach Kevin is very attentive and can teach everyone according to their level of skiing. He is very patient and covers everything. In just a few hours, I learned to put on shoes, walk uphill, brake, turn left and right, and slide down the slope all the way to turn and brake. It feels great and I have benefited a lot from this course experience 👍

The coach teaches very carefully. For beginners, you must hire a coach. It is much different from practicing in Taiwan or by yourself. I recommend that everyone buy a coach trip.

The coach taught very attentively, answered every question, and had a good attitude. Although the time was short, I felt that the coach wanted us to learn skiing.

The price is reasonable, the instructor is patient and friendly, the course arrangement is suitable for novices, and he is willing to meet the students' requirements. It is highly recommended for people who want to learn skiing in Hokkaido.

It turns out there is more than one Niseko tokyu resort + bus stop in the meeting point picture. There was no reminder that there were other Niseko Tokyu resorts, because I took a taxi and showed the pictures directly to the driver. The driver took us to another Niseko Tokyu resort. When I arrived, I did feel that it was a bit different from the pictures, but because at the same time There is also a bus stop and the words, and there is a thoughtful reminder next to it, equipment rental office, so I thought it was just a decoration or renovation of the outer wall. After I borrowed all the equipment and dressed it up, I waited for more than one hour and still didn't see any suspected coaching group. I immediately contacted Klook customer service to follow up. Then I asked the information station in Niseko and found that there were indeed some. There is another Niseko Tokyu Resort, but it is 10 minutes away from where we are. It was very inconvenient for us to walk back to the correct place as we had already put on our ski equipment. The customer service immediately helped me contact the team, but I was unable to contact them. After waiting for about half an hour, I decided to go skiing on my own and asked the customer service to help me apply for a refund. However, it seemed that the coaching group was unwilling to refund, so in the end the customer service compensated me with points. To be honest, we know that tourists are not familiar with life, so we really don’t understand why they don’t remind us of Niseko Tokyu Resort, which has many locations. There is also a bus stop opposite, so we can’t directly contact the coaching group if there is anything, so we just spend time there. Time to wait. It really feels unreasonable. It's too bad. There is no special reminder that there are many Niseko Tokyu Resorts. There is no description of the instructor, such as holding a sign, or contact information. Very bad.

I arrived on time that day, but I couldn’t find the coach on site. I waited in the area for 15 minutes but didn’t arrive. I suspected that I had been defrauded by the coach.
