Legitimately had such an amazing time and learning experience. We booked 1 day 2 instructors, instructor Soler for the 3 newbies in our group and instructor Ma for the rest of us 3 "intermediate" ones. It was a blast with Ma and learned a lot of crucial skiing exercises, drills and tech. Had fun exploring the mountain together, lots of jokes and fun. Even though the 6 hours was up, he was happy to take us overtime through more fun courses before heading back to the resort. Genuinely such a great experience, wish we booked 1 more day of tutoring.

Very satisfied with this single version course! Coach OJay was the key to making our two days of fun! Because the number of people was just the upper limit of 4, it was tiring to teach so many people and run up and down all the time≧ω≦ He also patiently helped us check our shoes because our levels were slightly different. 2 of us had learned a little and the other 2 had no basic knowledge. OJay taught students in accordance with their aptitude very seriously so that every student can practice what is suitable for them in a limited time~ Not only is the coach good-tempered, he won't get angry even if you ask a lot of questions٩(^ᴗ^)۶ The most important thing is that his photography skills are superb! ! Not only take photos, but also record videos! It can also focus (￣▽￣)~* Everyone got a video to post on IG. I'm happy~ Finally and most importantly, we spent these two days safely~ It also made students with no basic skills like skiing. I recommend it to everyone~ It was a satisfying experience

Perfect experience!! We met Kai, a caring instructor full of enthusiasm. Although I had played a few times at an indoor ski resort before, I hadn't mastered it very well. For my first time skiing outdoors, I decided to hire an instructor. Kai taught me carefully and clearly. He knew we were old bones with injuries, so he took special care of us. After two days of training, under Kai's guidance, we took the first cable car ride and he explained the route down very clearly. Overall, this experience was super great. If I have the opportunity to come again, I will definitely find an instructor to strengthen my skills. Thank you, instructor Kai.

We had a total of 5 students taking Coach Lao Gao's course this time. Because we were all beginners, Coach Lao Gao showed incredible patience. From the beginning, he was very careful with putting on helmets, snowboards, and snow boots. He also provided each student with one-on-one instruction and practice time. Coach Lao Gao constantly looked back to check on the practice of each student. Because of his dedicated guidance, passersby came to inquire about booking Coach Lao Gao's course. Overall, I give Coach Lao Gao's teaching a perfect score for satisfaction. However, Klook's course contact department was a bit inconvenient and not timely. We didn't get in touch until the day of skiing. From the completion of the booking to the day of skiing, we didn't know if a coach had been arranged for us during the entire process. Coach Lao Gao is highly recommended! Loving education without pressure, which made us ski with confidence.

We are incredibly grateful for Coach Jiajia's patient instruction. Although our family of four had already practiced on a ski simulator in Taiwan, we were still practically beginners on the actual slopes due to our lack of athletic ability. The friction coefficient on snow is completely different, requiring us to re-adapt. Coach Jiajia patiently taught us everything again, from the 'french fry' stance to the 'pizza' (or snowplow) turn. We struggled with the pizza turn because we couldn't consistently shift our weight fully onto the downhill ski, making our turns unstable. Coach Jiajia repeatedly took us up the lift, practicing multiple descents on the beginner slope, allowing us to experience skiing while also learning through practice. Although we wanted to learn the french fry turn and braking, we were tired and our leg strength was diminishing, making control more difficult. So, Coach Jiajia accompanied us on a beginner slope exploration, allowing us to experience another kind of fun. It was much more reassuring to have someone with us on the mountain. Time flew by quickly, and before we knew it, our time was up and it was getting dark. We reluctantly said goodbye to our coach, hoping to book half-day lessons next year so we can learn properly with ample time. This course offers great value for money; they even took photos and videos for us, leaving us with many wonderful memories!

Instructor: Officially certified by Tomamu (I was worried about encountering an uncertified one at first). Experience: Four adults over 55 years old skiing on two boards. The instructor was very attentive and patient. This place is very suitable for a family to experience.

This skiing experience was led by instructors Jay and assistant instructor Kai. The process was very fun and the teaching was very thorough! I could feel that the instructors wanted to cram all their secrets into us (^^)! Because we were all beginners, they gave us a great sense of security during the learning process, constantly telling us that they wouldn't let us get hurt, and they kept taking pictures and videos for us. The experience was really great, highly recommend these two instructors!!

This time, Hoshino Skiing arranged a two-day course. Esther was the instructor for snowboard on the first day, and Esther was the instructor for double board on the second day. The children had a stronger sense of trust in each other. It was the first time for my eldest sister to learn skiing, and the second time for my second sister. The coach took them up the mountain to ski for the last hour, taking their safety and fun into consideration. We also took a lot of beautiful photos and were very satisfied. Thanks to Coach Esther, I recommend it to everyone for reference.

The coach was very gentle and patient in teaching the three children snowboarding. The father and the children had different levels, and the coach took everyone's levels into consideration to respond and make adjustments. The children really like Coach Esther's teaching and interaction. I recommend her to everyone.

I really want to thank Klook for connecting us with our ski instructor, "Jia Jia"! We were first-time skiers, and we were both excited and a little nervous, but Jia Jia was very patient and gentle from the start, teaching us step by step, so we didn't feel any pressure at all. She taught us everything in detail, from equipment and posture to how to fall, and she constantly encouraged us, making us feel well taken care of and understood. The emotional value was definitely top-notch 🥰! Because of Jia Jia's professionalism and thoughtfulness, we had a super great first-time skiing experience, going from being afraid to being able to ski slowly (and even riding the beginner slope lift twice ourselves 😎). That sense of accomplishment was truly unforgettable, 3 hours just wasn't enough 🤣~~ Next time, I want to arrange activities through Klook again, and I hope I have the opportunity to learn more ski skills from Jia Jia! ❄️⛷️
