Abit unsmooth when redeem voucher, but restaurant staffs are very nice and in the end the problem solved

Klook is a good application that helps me make reservations before my trip and feel secure throughout the trip. But the voucher was faulty, causing my trip to be missed and I had to find another restaurant and lose money. The Klook app let me choose the expected date to visit the restaurant which was July 2. But the voucher expired on September 26. If the voucher is only valid for 7 days from the date of booking, the app should not let customers choose an expected date that is longer than 7 days. Hope Klook will respond soon to help me.
