Taichung/Nantou Private Day Tour: Taichung City/Cingjing Farm/Sun Moon Lake (From Taichung)

our driver (范先生) was our family's driver, and i couldn't have asked for a better driver! he provided us with exceptional services since the day before our journey, recommending me places according to what we would like to see and conveying all the important information regarding meeting time and location etc! he even went above and specified which routes/exits to take to get to our meeting point since we were coming straight from the high speed rail station! on the day of the trip, he arrived early and waited for us at the station. throughout the entire day, he also paid attention to our needs. he was very knowledgeable, and shared wonderful insights and history of the places we were going to as well as places we pass by along the way! we ended up not having the time to complete our itinerary because we spent too long at certain places and our charter duration was up, but he was super accommodating and offered to bring us back to our hostel to drop off our luggage before dropping us off at a final location (night market) so we could take our time to walk around and have a look before making our way back ourselves without having to carry all our bags and items with us. this was something i really appreciated! :) overall, 10/10 experience, would definitely love to have 范先生 again the next time we come back to taichung and charter a private hire

Glad that I booked private driver for our family trip to Sun Moon Lake! Driver was punctual and gave suggestions on our route. The suggested itinerary on Klook was good enough for our first visit to Sun Moon Lake. We took the boat ride from Shuishe to Xuanguang pier, and then to Ita Thao. From there we also took cable car and the driver picked us up from the cable car parking lot and brought us to Wenwu temple. We stayed for quite abit at Wenwu as we wanted to see the sunset. That’s the advantage of having a private driver as you can travel more leisurely.

This is our first trip to Taiwan and Calvin our driver was amazing. He reached out to us with picture instructions on how to meet him and his English was very good. We did almost everything on our list except for two places since it was raining. He explained the history of each place and it was a wonderful experience the minute we boarded his car. He recommended places to visit and we enjoyed everything moment. Thank you Calvin for given us a tour of Taichung and making our first experience terrific. He even took pictures for us and gave us water for the hot and humid day.

Driver was on time, car was clean and comfortable. Driver was also able to make recommendations and introduce the sights to us. We hired from 1 to 9pm (8 hrs) and this was the itinerary: 1. Chun Shui Tang Siwei Original Store 2. Painted Animation Lane 3. Rainbow Village 4. Mitsui Outlet Park Taichung Port 5. Gaomei Wetlands 6. Yizhong Night Market Didn't have enough time due to traffic so our driver dropped us back at hotel to put our things and drove us to Yizhong Night Market. We made our way back to hotel by ourselves after. They are flexible! Good way to see Taichung as the attractions are quite spread out. Recommend!

This service experience was fantastic! A special thanks to our driver, Ah-Hsien, whose attentive and considerate service was truly impressive. When loading our luggage, he proactively asked us about the order we wanted it placed, ensuring it would be easier for us to retrieve. Even though we had a lot of luggage, there was plenty of space inside the vehicle. Ah-Hsien's driving skills were excellent, making the entire journey feel very safe and secure. What was even more surprising was that he spontaneously offered to take photos for us during the trip and even let us use the vehicle as a prop for taking memorable pictures. We are truly grateful! From the moment we got on the bus, we carefully asked everyone if they felt comfortable. We tried our best to explain the history of the tourist spots and recommended things throughout the whole process. We also took care of the needs of the elderly people traveling with us, such as arranging downhill pick-up and drop-off, so that the elderly could visit more comfortably.
