Musee d Orsay Admission with Audio Guide in Paris

The ticket we got was skip the line but to be honest, we didn’t see any separated lines for skip and normal tickets. The museum itself is beyond words! In our case, we were able to see more world-famous paintings here in a smaller space as compared to the Louvre which is massive in size. We’d come back if we can and spend half a day or more here.

The introduction says there will be a meeting place, but in fact you don’t have to enter by yourself. Tickets will be emailed to the mailbox first, but there may be problems with missed delivery. Be sure to check before departure.

I made reservation on Klook for Musee d’Orsay with Audio Guide in Paris, on 10/12/2024, booking no. GJC411573. I had problem when checking in with the QR Code (image attached) in Klook app and in email also. The staff at the Museum scan my QR code several times but it did not work. She kept asing for the bar code due to the error of my current QR code. Eventually, I had to line up to get new tickets at the museum. I would like a refund due to this error and inconvenience. Thank you.

I couldn't get in because I didn't have a barcode when I bought the ticket at the clock. I ended up buying a ticket at the counter again. They said that the QR code wasn't okay. What does that mean? The staff member said that there were a lot of people.
