Booking guidelines
- Before booking, please ensure your mobile device is eSIM compatible and not SIM locked

- We recommend you scan/download the eSIM to install into phone BEFORE you travel, so we can assist you if needed
- The data package can only activate when you are at the destination country
Usage reminder
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- Unlimited data packages will follow the Fair Usage Policy (FUP). FUP refers to the Fair Usage Policy practiced by ISPs worldwide to throttle internet speeds on unlimited plans to prevent misuse or excessive use of the bandwidth provided
- ‘2 GB daily unlimited’ means that the first 2 GB is full speed, and thereafter the internet speed may slow down but not slower than 384 KBps. Each day is counted as a 24-hour block from the time of activation. Example: 6pm to 6pm
- Fixed data packages have no speed limitation. The package will expire when the data is used up. You can top-up more data via Klook

There will be no signal if the Internet goes to relatively remote places in Western Australia. Otherwise, there is no problem when using it in urban areas, and the price is acceptable.
This was by far the best plan, Though its data only 500mb per day is enough. Since I only used it in places where there was no free WiFi
good product for international traveling and tourism
eSim is simple to set up. i bought my eSim online and attach to my mobile plan, it shows activating but failed but it is normal as i have not landed at my destination. Upon arrival i just switch to the eSim plan and turnon the mobile roaming, simple as that. connection working fine, no sign of delay.
It is currently being used smoothly on the Great Ocean Road. Sometimes the reception is poor and slow, but it is not like there is no internet.
