Additional information
- According to Taiwan law, all children aged 0-4 must be secured in an approved child safety seat according to their size and age. It is recommended to reserve child seats in advance if you are traveling with children
- Please note that one child seat is equivalent to one passenger
Surcharge table
- All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
- Chartered car for consecutive holidays, an additional NT$1000 per day (please pay directly to the driver)
- Additional charge area
- The following departure or return locations are not in Taipei City (including Tamsui, Beitou, and Yangmingshan). Depending on the route, an additional NT$ 300 - NT$ 1000 will be charged. The actual cost will be based on the route selected by the passenger.
- NT$ 300 - NT$ 500: Tamsui, Beitou, Xindian, Banqiao, Sanchong, Luzhou, Zhonghe, Yonghe
- NT$ 501 - NT$ 1000: Yangmingshan, Wulai, Jinshan
- An additional NT$ 1000 will be charged for itineraries starting or ending at Taoyuan Airport. Please provide flight information in the remarks.
- Pick-up or drop-off locations that are not in Yilan City will incur an additional charge of NT$500 - NT$2000 depending on the route. The actual cost will be calculated based on the route selected by the traveler.
- NT$ 800: Wujie, Zhuangwei, Jiaoxi
- NT$ 1200: Datong, Su'ao, Nanao, Dong'ao
- NT$ 1500: Yuanshan, Toucheng, Dongshan, Sanxing
- NT$ 3500: Taipingshan National Forest Recreation Area, Qilan, and other remote areas
- If the itinerary includes going up to Taiping Mountain, there will be an additional charge of NT$1500.
- If both the pick-up and drop-off locations are outside the service area, an additional fee will be charged for each trip.
- Overtime fee: 0 - 30 minutes, 5-seater car NT$ 300, 9-seater car NT$ 350; 31 - 60 minutes, 5-seater car NT$ 600, 9-seater car NT$ 700
Product Reminders and Regulations
- Detailed pick-up information and driver contact information will be provided by the supplier one day before departure.
- Specific car colors, models, and types are not allowed. Please fill in the number of people on the reservation page. If the number of people does not match, service will not be provided.
- When passengers get on and off the vehicle, please be sure to check whether your carry-on luggage is complete. The driver is not responsible for safekeeping.
- Wheelchairs, non-foldable strollers, and large sports equipment are not allowed.
- Please be sure to wait for the pick-up in the lobby of the B&B in advance. The vehicle will wait for up to 5 minutes after arrival. Requests to modify, cancel, or refund the order due to lateness or no-show will not be accepted.
- Eating and drinking are prohibited in the car, please forgive me.
- In the event of traffic congestion, the actual pick-up time may be delayed by 15-20 minutes before or after the scheduled time. The driver and supplier customer service will contact you to inform you.
- The order of attractions on the route may be adjusted depending on the location of the departure or end point, please be aware.
- Please do not bring pets to participate in the activity.
- The itinerary sequence arrangement will be adjusted appropriately due to local weather, traffic and other factors.
- If you feel unwell, please bring your own personal medicines: such as motion sickness medicine, cold medicine, mosquito repellent, etc.
- In case of bad weather or force majeure, the supplier reserves the right to cancel or change the itinerary, and will inform you one day in advance if there is any cancellation or change.
- Please be sure to fasten your seat belts when riding in the vehicle to protect your own and surrounding safety.
- 8-hour chartered car is limited to 200 kilometers, and 10-12 hour chartered car is limited to 300 kilometers.
- 4-6 hour chartered car cannot cross two counties and cities.
- On the day of the itinerary, the activity time may be changed due to weather or traffic conditions. We are sorry that we cannot accept requests to modify, cancel, or refund the order for this reason.

😊First of all, thank you so much for meeting Sunny🙌🏻 Because Typhoon Fung-Wong caused the temporary closure of Taiping Mountain, Sunny immediately adjusted the itinerary. We chose to cook hot spring food at Qingshui Geothermal Park, Make scallion bread & buy souvenirs at Chumi Family Farm, Admire the larch trees & Anong Creek at Tianxin Bridge in Sanxing Township, Visit Meihua Lake in Dongshan Township for sightseeing, Along the way, he also took us to the Shiqiu Tiemalang Trail Observation Deck (Dafu Observation Deck) to view Guishan Island from afar, and we were able to touch the fine black sand & watch the waves on the Yilan coast. Driver got into contact with us 2 days earlier. It’s a private tour so driver will bring you to wherever you want to go. Take note some places will have extra charge if out of the region. We took 10 hours and requested driver to bring us to Chia Te to buy pineapple tarts since we have some extra time left. Go harvest some green onions and make scallion cakes! Pls also go take robo poly car! really nice and scenic!!
My family booked a 10 hours ride with an itinerary from New Taipei (Zhonghe area) to Yilan then back to New Taipei. Mr. Sunny was few minutes early and waited for us patiently when picking us up. He was friendly and professional. The car was in a great condition (a 9 seaters) and kept very clean. Our Yilan itinerary was based on my own search from the web and Sunny gave couple suggestions from his experience. We changed one of the spots and it worked out well. We had a great time and managed to visit all the places (5 spots and a lunch at a restaurant) on our itinerary. He even called the restaurant and made a reservation while we were out visiting our first spot, something I didn't think about at all. We felt safe and enjoyed our trip without any worries. My children still talked about the animals they encountered at the Lanyang Animal and Plant Kingdom and the sceneries in Yilan. Great memories.

i would like to give praise to our driver, 小明，for going all the way out to let us experience Yilan in dept. Though is a 10 hrs booking, at the end of the day we felt like we had experimented so many things in a day. The weather was good and we started off the day going to the seaside watching the local doing windsurfing, followed by a walk at the Lanyang museum, cooling down at a local ice cream shop, hiking at 五峰旗waterfall, cycling at 梅花湖, relaxing at 抹茶山下 (nice cafe with creative bakes), and ending the day at Loudong night market and a night view of Yilan city at Paoma trail. We especially like our scenic drive along the paddy fields in the countryside, the yummy 三星葱 pancake in their local village and the 大肠包小肠 (strongly recommended by 小明). We hope to be back Taiwan in the near future and would definitely look to 小明 again for his great service.
We took the 10hr(taipingshan) package from yilan. 陈佐辅 is our driver for the day. He is a really nice guy, came to pick us up right on time, very informative, safe driver, highly recommended. We visited taipingshan, sat the bong bong train, jiuzhize hot spring, zhang mei ama farm and yong zhen seaside park.
We are contacted by the Mr Sunny 2 days before. As this is our first time traveling to Yilan, we do not have any itinerary in mind. Sunny recommended many places for us to choose to fit in to the 10hours trip.The places he brought us include: Dancewoods Japanese theme garden, tiger brand rice noodle factory, Kili Bay Pearl Milk tea culture center, Mei Hua Hu garden and Dongmen night market. Furthermore, he goes beyond a driver duty by sharing with us what he knows about Yilan, the recommended activities and food for each places we visit. He also helps us to take photos. He knows that we want to travel up to Taiping mountain. He further explained what is recommended there, and to purchase ticket from Klook which there’s further discount and free parking. At the night market, he brought us to food stalls that he recommend that’s a must to eat. We really enjoyed our time during the whole trip. He also helps us to think of the activity we could do the next day! Strongly recommend his service!
Our driver Ah Bin was very cheerful and helpful. We awere very blessed to have him bring us to the places we wanted to visit in Yilan. The 1.5 hr car ride was made enjoyable because of him! We will ask for Ah Bin again next time!
We enjoyed our trip and visit to Tai Ping Shan. Our driver Mr. Zheng was very punctual in picking us up from our accommodation and bringing us to where we want to go. We also appreciate that he drives safely.
This is a very interesting and sightseeing trip for our fanily, we chartered a car to bring us around Yilan. We went to Zhang Ai Mei Farm to see the cutie animals and had a sumptuous lunch. We also went to the Neipi Beach.. very nice n relaxing beach.
