Did our own itinerary with diver Marco. He contacted us the night before departure and all I did was give him a list of places we intended to visit, and told him out "must-dos" and basically let him handle the route direction. He also helped confirm which bubble-tea making session we could book as this had to be done in advance. On the day itself, he noticed we wanted to have stinky tofu at a night market and instead brought us to one that is famous around the area. Also seeing my leg in a air-cast, he brought us to a public hot spring to get a quick foot soak - both out of our itinerary. Also a last minute request to find a certain snack was fulfilled. His knowledge of the area is great and you're definitely in for a good trip with Marco. Also car looked quite new, was very clean, spacious and he provided adequate bottles of water. While driving, you always felt safe as he kept a good distance and speed to the surrounding traffic. Also always finding the safest spot for drop offs.
We had an awesome time in Yilan. The driver Tony was awesome as he took time to explain the places we visit and also help us to take lots of photos. The most interesting part of the trip was the making of scallion pan cake where we literally made our own pan cake from scratch! Overall, a good day trip to the countryside of Taiwan.
Driver Chen friendly, it's a bit quiet when driving. However it a plus point for us as it will take 1 hour to go yilan so good time to take a break. He will also explain a bit on the building around taipei and yilan. Itinerary can still be adjusted. A good option to have a comfort trip to yilan.
James was wonderful. Contacted me a full day before the event to explained the itinerary in detail. Very punctual and very mindful. Took his time to bring us for a wonderful dumpling lunch and taught us how to order efficiently. This tour is definitely recommended if James was the guide!

It was such a fun day! Our guide Peter is a tour guide who speaks Korean fluently, is thoughtful, and has a great sense👍🏻He also drives very well, so even though it was a rainy day, we had so much fun and were happy the whole trip. He helped us with explanations and interpretations throughout the course, so I'm so grateful and it was a happy family trip. If I come to Taiwan again, I want to meet the guide again (I was grateful that he helped me buy Iran's specialty pear in the middle of the tour ㅎㅎ) If there are any Koreans who are planning a tour to Iran, I recommend Peter as a guide! Be sure to eat peanuts when you go to Qingshui Geothermal Park! Highly recommended ㅎㅎ

Meeting the Capybaras up close was an unforgettable experience! Alvin even shared some valuable tips and suggestions when we shared where we were planning to go the next few days!

We had driver Stephan to drive us around for a day. He has contacted us the day before the trip to confirm the pick up location and was very prompt in replying. On the day of our tour, he picked us up on time. He was attentive, entertaining and is knowledgeable about Taiwan. we gained a lot of knowledge from him😊 Our family (2 elderly+2 adult+2 older children) had a comfortable tour with spacious vehicle. He had umbrella and disposable Paper towel ready for us to used during the trip. All in all, we enjoyed our tour to Yilan. Thank you Stephan!
Our driver stephen was very helpful and accommodating. His english and driving skills was very good. He gave suggestions on where to go, and whcih places to see first. We extended for 30mins but he didnt charge extra fee. Highly reccommended.
