This itinerary inherently involves very complex transportation, but thanks to Joe's perfect arrangements, the entire travel experience exceeded all expectations: * ⏱️ Impeccable Time Management: The connections between the various mountain transport methods on the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route are incredibly intricate, and the queues on-site can be overwhelming. Fortunately, Joe, with his extensive experience, accurately anticipated crowd movements and secured our spots early, ensuring we didn't waste any time waiting unnecessarily. The time spent at each attraction was perfectly balanced—ample yet without feeling rushed between locations. Truly professional! * 🏨 High-Quality, Comfortable Accommodation: The hot spring hotel arranged for this trip was fantastic! After a full day of hiking and seeing the snow walls, being able to soak in a high-quality hot spring in the evening and thoroughly relax tired muscles was wonderful. The room was clean and spacious, and the service was incredibly attentive. You could truly feel the care put into selecting the accommodation. * 🍱 Excellent Food and Accommodation (Both Superb): The meals included in the itinerary (whether the exquisite Japanese hot spring cuisine or the buffet dinner and breakfast) were all delicious, generously portioned, and featured distinct local flavors. This completely shattered the stereotype that "group tour meals aren't good"! What was most touching was Joe's humor, wit, and thoughtful care. He constantly explained local history and culture to us along the way and was incredibly patient and accommodating with all sorts of unexpected requests from group members. A special thank you for arranging two drivers to take turns. Both drivers were professional and very polite, greeting every passenger each time we boarded, and making the long mountain journey very smooth and safe. As a solo traveler, I was initially worried about taking photos, but our tour guide, Xiao Xie, was incredibly thoughtful. He noticed my needs and proactively and patiently helped me take many beautiful pictures, making me feel completely at ease. When he saw I didn't have gloves in the high mountains, he even gave me hand warmers, which I truly appreciated. The hot spring hotel we stayed at was also excellent. The scenery on this trip was breathtaking, and the service was exceptional. I sincerely thank Xiao Xie for leading us these two days. For those who get motion sickness on mountain roads, I highly recommend purchasing a front-row seat to minimize discomfort during the trip; it's a great service to have.

Our tour leader Mr Huahua was remarkable and knowledgeable. Despite this was a very hectic 2d trip, he was always smiling, wiling to share and took great care of us. This is one of our best day trip in Japan and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. With him as a guide, cast away your stress and enjoy. Also, other than him, a kudos to the primary and relief drivers. Tour guide has been awesome taking care of the whole group and make sure we don't miss out on the multiple alpine route tranfers, as well guide us along the prime spots for photo taking. the hotel we stay in was awesome too. I got to soak in the onsen and have it all to myself as noone was there late at night. overall very satisfied and highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to do the alpine route and Kamikochi tour!

The tour guide, Mr. Li, is a personable person and seems to want everyone to respond more enthusiastically, but the people in our group are relatively introverted and quiet. The tour guide is attentive and enthusiastic. Although he will say that if he falls behind, he will have to follow up on his own, but in fact he will make sure that everyone is present before setting off. He will keep counting the number of people along the way and the instructions are very clear. I can’t say it’s meticulous, but I feel very at ease. There is no place to eat when you go up the mountain, and the tour guide will help you find a place. If there is anything that can be improved, it is probably that you can write the time in the common group, but this is not a big deal. Question, after all, the tour guide has repeatedly told us the meeting time many times. He is very detailed. He will explain the details and answer any questions he has. He is very patient. Then I did the math and found out that it was really hard to be a tour guide for this group, because it only cost more than 10,000 yuan. Including the tour bus fare + Kurobe Tateyama six modes of transportation + staying in a big hotel with hot springs, it actually cost almost 10,000 yuan~ The drivers are very good, there are two of them, they will help carry the luggage, and they are always energetic and say hello. I am really grateful to the three of them for arranging a pleasant trip for us. There is nothing to fault about the itinerary. Whether it’s the hotel or the itinerary, they will help us take pictures, the breakfast, dinner, and sleep are all well arranged. The rest stops we choose when passing by are also very good (accompanying hand) The gifts are very good! Buy them when you see the limited edition!) It’s also a good time to come back to Osaka. I recommend everyone in Kamikochi to complete that trail! Go outside! The round trip time is just right, those of us with fast feet still have an hour to wander around there. You must eat beef tendon rice on Kurobe Tateyama. It is a five-star chef’s dish and it is super delicious! It just tastes a little bit beefy! But it’s definitely not a rough meal, it’s delicious! If you don’t buy the souvenirs that are limited to Kurobe Tateyama, you won’t have them after you come down the mountain! You must soak in the hotel hot springs, and the beds and quilts are surprisingly soft. The rooms are dry and comfortable. Yukata are in the aisles on each floor. The supplies are complete. If you want to drink beer, there are glasses in the room.

It was a very good experience. Tour guide Zhang was very responsible and carefully arranged for us to arrive at each attraction on time and have enough time to take pictures and visit. The most profound experience I had was the highlight of the second day's itinerary, Tateyama Kurobe. Although we couldn't get off the bus to visit the snow wall due to a sudden blizzard that day, we had no regrets in being able to overcome all difficulties and arrive safely. I was also very satisfied with the accommodation and meal arrangements. Thanks again to our tour guide Xiaopang. I strongly recommend everyone to join this trip.

Although we couldn't see the snow wall due to the heavy snow and strong wind due to the climate, we had a lot of fun along the way under the guidance of tour guide Zhang Xiaopang. The tour guide's introduction and explanation were very detailed, which made you feel safe. He also took good care of each member of the group. Thank you very much to tour guide Zhang. We stayed at the Hakuba Hot Spring Hotel at night. Although the room was old-style, it was very large. The cherry blossoms seen from the window in the morning were super beautiful. The buffets for dinner and breakfast had a wide variety of choices and were delicious. However, one star was deducted because my information name on the order was wrong on the kloook platform. In addition, the communication and coordination content during the reservation did not include the requirements in the tour guide list. Fortunately, I clicked directly and checked the purchase order number, otherwise I would not be able to find it because my English name was not included.

This itinerary is very good, as long as you are mentally prepared for the long drive😌 On the first day, we gathered at 0615, passing through 2 rest stops, and finally arrived at Kamikochi at 1230 for free activities. It was close to 4 hours of free activities. Unfortunately, it rained heavily at sunset. Plus we couldn’t walk the entire trail! Then there is another long-distance bus time, starting from the highland at 1630, passing through a rest stop, and arriving at the hotel for dinner at 1930. The hotel is in a mountainous area and there are no small shops nearby. Remember to buy a drink at the hotel’s small shop before 2100. night! The only flaw in this hotel is that it is very nostalgic, styled in the 60s and 70s! Departing at 0645 on the second day, it takes 90 minutes to drive to Ogizawa Station, and then take several mountaineering means of transportation. The tour guide is very good and helps us estimate the time for sunbathing. We just need to wait at the entrance on time, so we don’t have to worry about our own budget👍 🏻, but it was so foggy that day that we couldn’t see even the peaks of Tateyama. We waited at Tateyama Station around 1330 and took the tour bus back on our own. There were 2 rest stops along the way. We got off the bus at 1915 and disbanded!

On the first day, the trip to the Kamikochi forest was first-rate, with beautiful surroundings and a view of the snow-capped mountains. The hotel is stylish and the buffet is good, but the facilities are old. The next day had a rich itinerary, so I was in a hurry and kept changing trains. The scenery is beautiful, but due to heavy rain, it is inconvenient to set up a tripod to take pictures. But tourists can help each other and take good photos.
