The meeting place is convenient and easy to find. The tour guide and driver are very friendly. The schedule is a bit rushed. I hope I can spend more time at the zoo because after watching the penguins, I have to go back for half an hour and I can watch them freely. I have to pack my lunch in the tour bus.
Asahiyama Zoo is not very big, but it is very nice to visit. The design of the zoo makes animals get closer to people. Biei’s words are a bit boring. The original itinerary for the tree on the cover was non-stop and only passing by. We asked the driver and he asked us to get out of the car to take pictures. I think we can choose another plan, not Biei.
We experienced the best of Sapporo because of this tour! Thank you for accommodating us!

Unfortunately, the bus was small and we couldn't see the view in front of us, but the guide was very polite and helpful.
Most of the group will be Chinese tour groups. Did only speaks Chinese. The blue pond did not take away. but take it to another point instead outside the program, overall good

08:00 - Assemble at Sapporo Station North Exit Group Bus Stop 10:30 - Visit Asahiyama Zoo (admission included) (stay for approximately 110 minutes) Includes self-paid lunch time 13:00 - Biei Ken & Mary’s Tree (view from the bus, no disembarking) 13:30 - Shikisai no Oka (stay for approximately 50 minutes) 14:30 - On the way,pass by Herb Garden with complimentary hot drinks. (If the rest stop changes due to road or weather, complimentary drinks will not be provided.) 15:10 - Ningle Terrace (stay for approximately 30 minutes) 15:40 - Depart for return to Sapporo city 18:00 - Arrive at Sapporo Station North Exit Group Bus Stop

- Asahiyama Zoo -The Penguin Walk is expected from December to March at 11:00 AM. It may change or be canceled due to weather, snowfall, or penguin health. Guests cannot cancel or request refunds for these reasons.
- Due to temporary restrictions by Ningle Terrace management or unforeseen circumstances, the group may not be able to enter on the day of the visit. In such cases, we will cancel the visit to this attraction, and no additional refunds will be provided. We appreciate your understanding.
