very kind and attentive… limited selection without having to upgrade but still had some cute kimonos. They were dress you and it was a cool experience having them do all the wrapping.
I booked a rental for a family of 5. We went to another VASARA rental shop in error, within same Yokohama. They were nice enough to contact the branch that we booked at and moved the booking to the branch we came to. Very efficient service. made us feel relaxed. Treated both adults and children with respect. Excellent service. I highly recommend VASARA.
The staff explained it clearly, but after returning the kimono, there was no helper to remove the hair clip and return it to its original state. There was only a shrine in the shooting location and there was no other place to go.
