We're sorry you let us down, too. But there won't be a next time. I suppose my major complaint was that the driver failed to show up. We arrived at the appointed time, then scoured the ferry terminal for over an hour without finding any driver. We called, only to have our call unanswered. Email had the same result. For those of you wanting to book a private driver from an airport or ferry terminal I would strongly recommend staying away from Klook!
