eSIM Information
- This is a Data-only eSIM. Calls and text is not available. Top-up is available via Klook (Indicate top-up and contact merchant)
- eSIM Validity period (Days) starts upon successful installation. Please install on day of travel or when you need it. You will need internet connection to install
- The eSIM is valid upon Installation for your selected duration. If you Install your eSIM at 2200, it will end at 2200, based on your selected validity
Usage reminder
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Data limit as per Data Plan in Gigabyte (GB); therefore, it is under Fair Usage Policy (FUP) - unlimited data speed will go up to 128 kbps. Excessive usage may cause the data plan to be suspended without notice to prevent data usage abuse based on the local network policies
Important Notes
- Please ensure that you have an eSIM compatible and network-unlocked device, and travel itinerary is confirmed.
- Data plan validity starts immediately when eSIM is installed (Expiry date - 45 days from purchase date)
- You may install eSIM before traveling(before your flight) or, at destination when you need it
- To successfully install eSIM, stable internet connection is required
- All Data plans (4G/3G Speed) will thereafter follow unlimited data under *FUP for the duration of the validity plan
- eSIM can only be installed once. Do NOT DELETE/REMOVE your eSIM from your device after successful installation
- You can have different eSIM plans installed in your device
- Data speed varies depending on the country and location

- Go to settings > Mobile Data > Tap Add Data Plan > Install eSIM > Scan QR code or Tap 'Enter Details Manually' > Custom Label your eSIM(Destination) > Set Default line as 'Primary' to receive calls/messages > Set Mobile data using eSIM > Update Access Point Names (APN), if needed > Installation is completed!
- When you land > Mobile Data > Turn on eSIM > Turn on Data Roaming
Android Instructions
- Go to settings > Network/Connection > Tap Sim Card Manager > eSIM > Add mobile plan > Scan QR code or Tap 'Enter Details Manually' > Scan Carrier QR code or Retrieve QR from file or Enter code instead > Custom Label your eSIM(Destination) > Installation is completed!

The signal is very good in the city center, urban areas or highways. In the wild or in the suburbs, the signal is inevitably poor or even non-existent (this is understandable). You must use the QR code sent by the manufacturer to e-mail to enable it. Remember to turn it off after enabling it. Remove the phone number of the original physical SIM card. In addition, if you change the original SIM card number after returning to China, Facetime may not be able to be used normally on IOS. It is recommended to wait for a few days, and most of them can recover automatically. It's well worth.

Very easy to activate the eSIM as instructions given were very clear. The activation is instant once you have set up everything on the phone. Connection is fast too just that once in a while the GPS is not very accurate so may have to refresh the connection. Overall worth purchasing compared to physical sim or pocket wifi :)

The traffic is very sufficient, and the signal is good in urban Perth. However, you may still not be able to receive the signal in the wild. It is recommended for those who travel for a short period of time to consider it!
