We book a little bit big van (10 seats van) because we have 4 adults and 2 kids and also 6 baggages. Driver come to the property earlier to wait and make sure that you will not miss it. They also help for the baggages. Everything is all fit and fine.

Vehicle was clean and driver was helpful and kind. The only issue was that the driver was unable to contact me when he was unable to reach the pick up location in time even though I had provided my contact details on both WhatsApp and WeChat as the agency did not inform the driver. I was also unable to contact the driver via Klook support. This led to unnecessary anxiety and waiting.
