- You will receive a booking confirmation email from LuggAgent within 24 hours after your reservation
- To ensure smooth service, please add LuggAgent customer support; details will be provided in the order confirmation email
- 【Service Process】
- Airport → Hotel: Hand over your luggage at the airport between 9:00 – 18:00; it will be delivered to the hotel front desk before 21:00 on the same day
- Hotel → Hotel: Hand over your luggage before 11:00; it will be delivered to the designated hotel front desk before 21:00 on the same day
- Hotel → Airport: Hand over your luggage before 11:00; it can be collected at the airport between 15:00 – 21:00 on the same day
- Homestay Service: Hand over your luggage outside the homestay; for delivery, please provide the room code and check-in instructions before 12:00 (local time), and the luggage will be placed directly inside the room
- 【Luggage Guideline】
- Each item ≤ 32 kg (71 lbs), total dimensions ≤ 180 cm (each side ≤ 32 in)
- Accepted: suitcases, cartons, backpacks, strollers, briefcases
- Items must match the booking; extra/oversized/overweight luggage may be refused or charged USD 15 per piece
Additional information
- If your luggage does not meet legal requirements, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. Customers will bear all losses, legal liabilities, and consequences that occur
- Please check your luggage upon pick up. Take a photo if you find something wrong for consultation with our customer service staff. After the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete and the operator no longer bears any responsibility
- The luggage insurance covers relevant costs incurred by delay, loss, and damage, and does not include luggage handle and wheel damage, accommodations or airfare costs
- Please remember to carry your passport, flight documents, and valuables with you for safekeeping
- Kindly inspect your luggage upon collection. If you notice any issue, simply take a photo and contact LuggAgent customer support right away so we can assist you
- Insurance includes coverage for delay, loss, or damage (excluding handles/wheels, accommodation, or flight expenses).
- Hotel Send-out: Just store your luggage at the hotel front desk and send a photo to LuggAgent. You don’t need to wait — we’ll send an email to you once the driver has picked it up
- Hotel Service: Please make sure your hotel has luggage storage servcie. If not, please select the “Homestay Service.”
- For luggage delivery to/from the airport, please refer to the confirmation letter from LuggAgent
- For luggage delivery to/from hotel, luggage collection and delivery will be handled by the hotel concierge
- For luggage delivery from hotel, the drop-off time is not the time when the driver collects your luggage, so you can just leave the hotel after taking photos of the luggage and storage receipt
- For luggage deliveries to/from Airbnbs, your luggage will be personally collected and delivered on-site

We used same day delivery from Kyoto hotel to Osaka hotel with add on 1 luggage by texting the customer service. Their response is very fast with clear instructions to pay for the add on luggage fee. The delivery was very smooth. Collect at morning, then get the delivered photo at noon. We collect our luggage successfully at late night after a day travel in another place to save our time and energy, no need carry the luggage around.
It is totally convenient for me. I was on a solo trip and had two large luggages with me. I had to transfer to another city from Kyoto to Osaka, so it totally helpful for me since the agent brings your luggage directly to your accommodation since check in time is at 3pm. I would recommend this service to everyone as it helps with the hassle.
the entire process was seamless and smooth and heard the custom service was extremely helpful. the pricing is a bit on the higher side but the delivery was so prompt! they allowed us to choose pick up timing (10am) as we didn’t want to have to wake up too early and rush but I was fully expecting that our items would only reach late in the day. however the luggages reached the destination hotel at 3pm!! just in time for our check in! 10 out of 10 would use again and recommend for anyone who is travelling in Japan.

Super considerate service, AirBnB can also be ordered (additional fee required), and there is no problem if you need to add the number of luggage temporarily. The driver is punctual (occasionally arriving early). Very helpful for traveling with kids in a stroller! !
