It was a great experience ( ; ; ) ♡ It was my first time and I was a bit nervous, but I was surprised when I was able to stand up straight away as I was given detailed instructions such as the timing! ! I thought it was worth more than the price, and I'm really glad I participated! ! (It was a 100% English environment)
I called a day before the activity to confirm the time so the afternoon slot was at 12PM. I was surprised to see that the place that offered this activity was a little trailer instead of an actual building so I did spend like 10 mins looking for it only to realise it was the red trailer with surfboards up for rent and a guy standing there. The guy turned out to be my instructor and I really enjoyed the lesson! Scottie was super patient and it wasn't long before I hit the water. Absolutely suitable for beginners. Might want to spray some bug spray because I think I got bitten on the sand. Highly recommend to try them out! The wet suit also kept me super warm even though it was the starting of winter.
