Spa Experience at Royal Orchid Spa in Nusa Dua Bali

We visited as a family of three (husband, wife, and daughter). We were very impressed with how clean the shop and spa rooms were. It was our daughter's first spa experience. We felt reassured knowing there was a staff member who understood Japanese. Also, there were no issues with the treatment chart being available in Japanese. Requests for massage pressure and areas to avoid were, of course, accommodated. The spa rooms were split into two rooms, one for two people (my daughter and I) and one for one person (my husband). The spa began with a foot wash in warm water with flower petals. It depends on the therapist, but the treatment was very pleasant. The experience ended with a flower bath, a beautiful rose bath – definitely Instagram-worthy! Our daughter was delighted with her first spa experience. We were very grateful for the ride back to the hotel after the treatment.

We've booked the Couple Treatment at a great discounted value. The Spa was of traditional Balinese style: clean and well-maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful and tranquil. Massage was on point and relaxing. Scrub was rejuvenating.

All of the staff were always smiling and kind, and the treatment was very pleasant! The facility was also very clean, which made me feel at ease. My only minor suggestion would be that I would have liked a few more flowers in the flower bath.

It seemed clean and nice. If you like massages, I recommend you visit there at least once.

Very relaxing spa experience with good therapists and quiet, clean surroundings. Pick up and drop off from the hotel was very much appreciated too, to save us from walking in the baking heat of Bali. Highly recommended and would go again.

The environment is very nice, quiet and safe. My husband and I enjoyed a rare moment of tranquility. The entire massage process was very comfortable, and they constantly checked on how we were feeling. I highly recommend trying it if you come to southern Bali!

There's a supermarket right next door where you can buy groceries. However, there are no snacks provided during the entire process. You only fill out a form indicating your desired pressure and areas you don't want massaged when you first enter the store. Ginger tea is served at this time. After that, the process involves changing clothes, foot washing, massage, and then a protein scrub. Finally, you'll take a bath. A cup of hot ginger tea is provided after the treatment. If there are 2 or more people, the store provides hotel pick-up and drop-off service. You can also buy things next door and then have the store take you back to the hotel.

Easy to redeem, good service, the selection of essential oils is a bit small but not bad. There's only one driver, available for pick-up and drop-off, I recommend booking more than half a month in advance.

The spa experience in Bali was very relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were friendly, the environment was clean and calming, and the massage itself was quite good. While there’s still a bit of room for improvement in terms of technique or ambiance details, overall it was a satisfying experience. I’d give it a solid 80 out of 100 — definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!
