The hotel staffs were extremely detailed oriented and they upgraded our room. The room was child proof, so we let our little one roam around the room. It was a pleasant experience.

It’s better that the restaurant changed the rules this time and didn’t say that you have to finish eating within 90 minutes. Compared with before, it’s like chasing customers. The hotel required me to check in for the third time before I could enter the room. The first time was at 11:30 because I had a brunch buffet. The second time was at 2:45. After queuing up, they asked me to wait for ten more minutes. , you can check in on the first comer at 3 o'clock, which is really inconsiderate! I had to queue three times to get the door key, wasting my precious time. The food at the lunch buffet is average, and the dishes are collected quickly. However, the young people who do not handle ice cream and desserts often face the customers, and their tone is a bit bad. It is like there is no service, which ruins the atmosphere! The hotel room facilities are average. The shower water is really slow and unacceptable. The good thing is that there are four street food coupons, which can be used to pick up food from the food shops near the hotel for free, such as egg waffles, tofu pudding, herbal tea, chee cheong fun and Siomai, everything is delicious!
