The cleaning of the bathroom needs improvement. The floor is yellow and slippery and always has a strange smell. Others are fine. The location is great with a quarter of the sea view.
Breakfast is nasi lemak, simple continental breakfast, bee hoon and an egg station. Very plain. Other than that, everything else are good.
Spacious room with a view. Friendly staff to assist all my inquiry. Bedroom cleanliness is okay however bathroom cleanliness need to be slightly improve.
Surprisingly, the toilet was clogged on the next morning we wake up n the bed was slightly broken before we slept. But we don't want to change the room afraid it will cause a delay. The breakfast was served on our table n not in buffet style (maybe due to RMCO).

I don't think this is a 4 stars Hotel, not many facilities, breakfast was disappointed. However it still matches the amount you paid for. Located near gurney drive, easily accessible to many locations and the city centre of Georgetown, for instance Chew Jetty, Komtar and historical buildings in Georgetown.
Friendly customer services. Nice staying. Good foods. Good location for tourist, many local foods available in surrounding area.
Excellent with good services and nice foods. Strategic location with foods surrounding and facing sea. Good for running in morning and evening time.
