Upon arrival at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Hoi An or Hanoi, you will be asked to provide your identification and to show your redemption voucher when checking in. Once the information has been confirmed, you will receive your rental device that will enable you to enjoy unlimited 3G WiFi throughout Vietnam on Vinaphone, a reliable local network. Your portable WiFi will connect up to 8 devices and can last up to 6 hours on a single charge. At the end of your trip, simply pack your rental into the provided envelope and drop it off at the hotel front desk while you check out, the rest will be sorted for you. This is quite simply the most convenient and easiest way to stay connected while traveling in Vietnam!

- A fee of USD100 will be charged in case of lost or broken device
- Please choose the day you wish to pick up the device in the calendar upon check out, as well as the number of days you intend to rent it for
- There is no minimum rental required; if you use the rental for more days than you originally booked, you will be charged at the normal retail rate for the extra days until you return the device
- Normal retail rate is USD7 per day
- Charges are calculated inclusively. For example, if you pick up the device on Thursday and return it on Monday, you will be charged for 5 days of usage
- You will be charged all the days you are in posession of the WiFi device, regardless of connectivity

Worth the price! Setting up and configuration is very straightforward. We also get signal even in the not so remote areas. The battery lasts long! I highly recommend this WiFi when travelling to Vietnam!!!

Having the wifi helped us share our trip with family we left back home. It worked even when we were in the mountains!!! the convenience it lent to us was incomomparable too as this was delivered to our hotel on the day we needed it and we just needed to leave it there too. how's that for convenience :) I'll definitely get a wifi from klook again the next time we travel.
fast internet speed, the wifi arrived on time (it is already in the hotel receptionist when I checked in), very convenient, however the battery didn’t last very long and we have to charge it with powerbank 1-2 times when we’re outside
Service as advertised. Our WiFi dongle was given to us during our hotel check-in and there was no issue with connectivity throughout our use. Return was also simple, in a self-addressed envelope to be dropped off at hotel reception.
Very well organized and connection works great! I would reserve wi-if routers with KLOOK again. It's very easy on the customer side to get a pick-up and drop off the router with very little interaction and problems.
