Our experience at Sun World Fansipan was amazing! We were lucky because the sky was clear, so the views from the cable car and the summit were absolutely breathtaking. The entire place is well-maintained, and reaching the “Roof of Indochina” was definitely worth it. Just be prepared for the final climb—the stairs are quite steep and narrow, so it can be a bit challenging. It also gets noticeably colder at the top, so bringing a jacket is a good idea. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and if the weather is clear, you’ll be rewarded with incredible panoramic views. Highly recommended!
This was one of the highlights of our Sapa trip—from riding the monorail, taking the cable car, and then the peak rail. It was still an amazing experience, even though there was zero visibility at the summit plus the rain. Just being able to set foot on the peak of the highest mountain in Indochina without having to hike😆 was already a fulfilling achievement. Plus, we got to enjoy coffee at the highest Starbucks in Asia! We were truly amazed by how they managed to construct all those buildings on top of the mountain!😁
It was such a phenomenal experience. I took so many pictures yet there were more areas for photos. I didn't have enough time to take them all so I travelled from the monorail to the cable car and ate a buffet. The sceneries were amazing! however I went during rainy season and it was super misty+raining so I didn't bother going to the fansipan summit. Prepare a raincoat before going to the summit because it will most likely rain due to it being within the high mountainous area. I recommend to go early in the day 8-10 am and during weekdays so there wouldn't be much crowd.
Even though the peak wasn’t clear and it was quite foggy during our visit, the experience at Fansipan was still amazing. What I enjoyed the most was the journey to the top—the scenery along the way was beautiful, the weather was cool, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The fog added a unique charm, making it feel like we were walking among the clouds. Despite not having a clear view from the summit, the trip was absolutely worth it and was one of the highlights of our vacation. Highly recommended! 🏔️☁️✨
experience: month of June and the time we experienced the activity it was raining all day with almost zero visibility in the peak. but overall this is a must try activity even when the weather is not cooperating. service: the lunch buffet made it all worth it the spread was excellent and the place where the buffet area was very nice.
I would say that I recommend booking this for the ease of booking. BUT! I would not recommend booking in advance because the weather might not be conducive to fully enjoying Fansipan. Since this booking has an instant confirmation and 24-hour cancellation, you should take advantage of that. It was drizzling and foggy during my visit, but I was still able to enjoy the different spots and pagodas.
Amazing infrastructure built combining two mountain trains & cable car network linking series of scenic mountains & offering spectacular views of valleys, rivers, waterfalls & iconic villages beneath the route. It is certainly unforgettable experience and Klook tickets made our rides effortless!
Fansipan was still a great experience despite the foggy weather during our visit. The cable car ride was smooth and enjoyable, and the mountain scenery along the way was beautiful. Although visibility at the summit was limited, the overall experience was memorable and definitely worth visiting.

Finally, for those who prefer not to climb hundreds of steps, the Fansipan Peak Rail provides a short funicular ride directly to the summit. If you choose to walk instead, the climb to the peak involves about 700 steps, taking 10-15 minutes. You can then choose to walk down and explore the beautiful temples and statues on your way back
