Overall very good, just staff have difficulty in redeem code and need supervisor guidance. Process of redemption quite smooth and easy. Hope will get more from klook with discount proce

Change it in penang outlet, croissant were good.easily to redeem the croissant. like salted egg a lot. Since raspberry stop selling, got to choose others which is same from the price. Will repurchase again since it has a lot discount when purchase the voucher.

The only thing that not satisfied is the staff not even know what voucher is this. After that staff keep saying one person can only buy one ... branch manager should let their every single staff know about this even part timer.

The croissants are nicely made with perfect texture and the taste was good. It’s not filling at all, would not feel full even after eating a few. The price is on the high side. I saw a fly flying among the croissants which I think shouldn’t happened in such high class expensive outlet. I am really thankful Klook expanded its services to F&B and we can use up our credits since we can’t go on any vacations now.

Good service and variety of choice. Value for money and allow to exchange for all item, no restrictions. Hope to buy more in future and food was fresh

highly recommended as the croissant is very soft and the custard is not too sweet
