Handmade Ring Making Workshop

A really unique thing to do while in Korea. Although the workshop isn’t entirely in English, the teacher tries to make you understand so that you can decide on the type of ring you want. We did have a hard time looking for the place as there were a couple of ring workshops in the area that the maps have suggested, but the owner was kind enough to continue with our session and understood our situation. Would definitely recommend this activity if you want a unique and memorable souvenir from Korea.

Experience was great, went with a solo traveller at the same hostel! We did have to pay extra for separate designs and costs depend on the complexity… One thing to note is that any extra payment is in cash only! Overall, great experience and I leave with a genuine tangible memory/souvenir!

It was a really interesting workshop. A nice experience while traveling, no matter with friends, family, or significant other! basic design is the thickness of your band, gems are additional, and you can choose from 3 finishes (matte, gloss, textured). Engravings need 3 weeks tho. The instructor is very nice and communicated with us with basic English and hand gestures but it is enough to get what needs to be done. We are also joined by his very very very friendly cat friend while making our rings so it was a pleasant surprise! He will gladly put the cat away if you are allergic to cats tho, so you don’t have to worry about it.

Unforgettable experience! The gentleman was very kind and patient, admist the language barrier. My wife and I made rings for each other that we will cherish forever.

I recently had the opportunity to attend the handmade ring making workshop and I highly recommend this experience. The overall impression was entirely positive and I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff.

Overall very positive experience, we selected a simple design so it took slightly over an hour and could collect it on the day itself. Other designs would have taken 3 weeks and international shipping would have cost more (~40,000 KRW). The place is very hard to find so get ready to get lost. There is a cat in the workshop. It was fun and novel experience.

happy with the result but like the previous comments, I advise against asking for more than the service offered. Almost every request (e.g. laser, germ, design, etc.) is at our expense. I recommend as an activity but be careful the price can rise very quickly and you have to pay in cash.

patient guy, helps us to rectify our mistake, place is quite convient and easy to find, add ons are quite expensive but would get it again if im in korea. they have a crying cat as well

Super cute workshop and the guide was super friendly and helpful!! the atmosphere was very comfortable and i definitely will visit this workshop again in the future!
