• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure. The bus will depart on time, so please be sure to observe the boarding time. The company will not be responsible for guests who arrive after the bus has departed, please be aware.
• Customers participating in day tours are kindly requested to avoid booking dinners or other activities in advance, especially those who have flights on the same day. If you are unable to attend pre-booked dinners or other activities on time due to traffic congestion, or if you miss your flight as a result, we will not bear any liability for compensation. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
• When large taxis or minibuses operate, the sightseeing driver will provide an introduction for you instead of a tour guide. The corresponding languages are Chinese and Japanese.
• Due to road conditions, the itinerary may be adjusted, and sightseeing time may be shortened or extended.
• This tour group welcomes guests from Japan and overseas, so the tour guide will conduct the tour in Japanese, English, and Chinese. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• Due to holiday schedules or visiting hours restrictions of various facilities, arrival at the next attraction may be earlier or the itinerary duration may be shortened.
• The dog sledding experience may involve sharing a sled with other tourists, with a maximum capacity of 4 people per sled. The exact number of passengers and the seating arrangement will be determined based on the day's reservations and on-site arrangements. Thank you for your understanding.
• Dog sledding bookings are in high demand and spots are limited. Secondary confirmation is required after placing an order, and a successful trip is not guaranteed; please refer to the final confirmation notice as the standard.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• No refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Some of the activities are cancelled
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 1 day(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
