Having a delicious lunch overlooking the Sapporo skyline? Yes, please! XD First thing to note: Premier Hotel Nakajima Park is far from the central Sapporo area. It took me a while to find it via walking, but there is a street car stop a couple streets away. As the name suggests, 21Club is located on the 21st floor. Even though I arrived earlier than my booked time, they were ready and welcomed me. Very quiet, as I felt like I was the only customer at that time. The maître d' was very professional, patient, and helpful. Made me feel very welcome and comfy. The chef was really nice and even let me take photos of ingredients and was understanding of all my video-ing. Lol. As for the food, I don't have a sophisticated palate so I think they tasted nice. Not quite amazing, but pretty good. The portions are small though, so if you're really hungry, you might need a snack right after. Overall, I enjoyed the food. But my favorite would have to be dessert! They transferred me from my teppanyaki room to where the bar is, at a table facing the window, and let me enjoy my coffee and ice cream while leisurely looking at the view. Very very nice! Note: If you order drinks for the main meal, that's not included in the voucher price. Last thought: While the food was a bit short of the blow-your-mind kind, the relaxing atmosphere, top-notch service, and amazing view really made this food package worth the price. Would do this again when I go back to Sapporo!

splurge on this dinner. ordered dinner with A5 wagyu beef (top grade). beef well marble. cooked to medium rare per chef Fukuya. beef is tender juicy and sweet. side dishes light and well balance. end with dessert in the lounge to enjoy the night view of sapporo. lounge with good ambience to bring your partner for a romantic night. recommend this if you want to enjoy good beef and have spare cash.

This is not exactly A5. Only rumps given. We have to top up to get A5 steaks.
