I think it was an easy-to-pick-up sport, but it was too windy that day. I fell into the water twice while paddling against the wind. By the way, I accidentally stepped on a dying bee on the sand. It was really weird.
On the beach in front of the coffee shop, you will see the coach greeting you. The Japanese instructors are very kind and careful in the teaching process. They will always care about you and will go to nearby parks to guide you.
Even if you are a beginner, you can reserve a 2-hour course (starts at 9am). You can learn for 1 hour and stand up on your own for 1 hour. Thank you for teaching me so well!!

Although I didn't play because of the weather, but the communication is smooth and friendly, give it a thumbs up.
It's an awesome morning SUP tour that takes you along the broadwater of the Surfers Paradise. It takes a lot of energy but totally worth it, the coach was amazing and help us took many pictures when we are happy paddleboarding.
I strongly recommend Go Vertical SUP if you plan to learn stand up paddling, you can even take on the tour option as the instructor will teach you the basic even if you have never done it. Linda and her team was Super friendly and helpful throughout the course/tour. They even took photos for us and send them to us free. It was a awesome day there.
