• Due to the Forbidden City's crowd limits, if tickets are sold out, the Forbidden City tickets will be refunded on the spot.

• Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to join the tour. The adult who registers with them will be their guardian during the tour. Seniors aged 65 (inclusive) or above must be accompanied by at least one adult relative or friend. Reservations from pregnant women are not accepted; we appreciate your understanding.
• All scenic spots require original ID cards, passports, or Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan travel permits for entry. Please be sure to bring the identification document you provided when placing your order. If you are unable to enter the scenic spot due to forgetting to bring the relevant documents or providing incorrect documents, you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred.
• Children and adults are charged the same price; the quoted price for this product is a comprehensive special offer. If tourists voluntarily give up visiting attractions included in the itinerary, no fees will be refunded, and no refunds will be given for any discount certificates.
• For guests arriving at similar times, we will arrange shared car transfers, which may involve some waiting time. Your understanding is appreciated. If a guest misses their transfer due to their own reasons, the loss will be borne by the guest.
• Hotel check-in time is generally after 2:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, you can store your luggage at the front desk and wait by exploring the hotel surroundings. Some hotels require a deposit at check-in, which will be refunded normally upon departure if there are no special circumstances.
• The hotels marked in this itinerary are all diamond-rated hotels, not officially star-rated hotels by the state.
• The itinerary involves a lot of walking and climbing stairs. Please ensure your physical condition allows for it. It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing and shoes, and to pay attention to safety during the trip.
• If you are among the groups eligible for free admission to the scenic spot, the ticket refund will not be based on the listed price of the scenic spot, but will be calculated and refunded according to the travel agency's group discount policy.
