Things to note

  • Height 110 cm and above: All facilities available.
  • Height 80 cm to under 110 cm: Some facilities are restricted.
  • Height under 80 cm: Not allowed to use any facilities.
  • Children under 110 cm must be accompanied by one guardian per child for entry. (Non-slip socks are required)
  • For safety, wearing non-slip socks is mandatory. (Available for separate purchase)
  • Infants accompanied by a user/guardian may be allowed to “observe” while being with their guardian.
  • If you wish to enter only for observation, a guardian observation ticket must be purchased on-site.
  • Guardian observation tickets are available for purchase on-site.
  • Some facilities operate on separate schedules. Please check on-site.
  • For safety reasons, you must follow staff instructions at all times. Any issues arising from failure to follow staff instructions will be the responsibility of the guest.
  • Overtime charges apply at 2,000 KRW per 10 minutes. The additional fee must be paid on-site.
  • Entry restrictions or waiting may occur when capacity is exceeded. Refunds are not available in such cases.
