This tour is a scam. Despite the voucher stating no special redemption was required, I couldn't get an entry ticket until I emailed the operator. Furthermore, the Japanese audio tour requires downloading a special app and then downloading the audio files. While abroad with unstable internet, the downloads wouldn't complete, and I couldn't listen to the guide. I do not recommend this tour. It deserves a refund.
