- Adult ticket: Adults above 1.4 meters
- Children's ticket: 1.0-1.4 meter children
- Children under 1.0 meter (inclusive) and seniors aged 65 and above (inclusive) must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult to enter the park.
Booking limitations
- Recommended booking period: 5-10 days in advance during peak season, 1-3 days in advance during off-peak season.

- The Yulong River adventure and Guizhou traverse projects are suspended from Monday to Friday.
- Some amusement rides have height and weight restrictions, subject to the guidance of on-site staff.
