It's difficult to expect high levels of hygiene, and while some staff speak a little English, you'll generally need to use a translation app. The makeup and hair artists weren't particularly friendly or unfriendly, but I was satisfied with the results. When selecting photos, I noticed the Photoshop was a bit excessive, so I had to ask them to reduce it as much as possible. On the day of the shoot, you can discuss whether to take photos only indoors or also outdoors; I chose to stay indoors because it was too hot.
