Tickets

• Children's tickets: Children under 1.2 meters in height are charged children's tickets; children over 1.2 meters are charged adult tickets. They must be accompanied by a regular ticket holder, one person per ticket, to enter. If the number of people exceeds the limit, corresponding tickets must be purchased.
• Free admission policy: Children under 3 years old (not occupying a seat) and seniors over 70 years old enjoy free admission. They must be accompanied by a regular ticket holder, one person per ticket, to enter.
• Arrive at the theater in advance to exchange paper tickets based on your order to select show times and seats. Tickets are issued in order according to the exchange time, first come, first served.

• Duration: Approximately 60-70 minutes (subject to on-site conditions)
• Specific showtimes are subject to ticket purchase prompts. Each show is approximately 60 minutes. It is recommended to arrive 15 minutes in advance.

• Please keep quiet during the performance, do not walk around or make loud noises, and set your phone to silent.
• Once paper tickets are exchanged and seats are selected, no refunds or exchanges are permitted.
• Please keep your paper ticket safe; it is invalid if lost.
• Paper tickets are only valid for use on the day of issue.
• Please take your assigned seat according to the seat number on the paper ticket.
• Paper tickets with any modifications or graffiti are invalid.
