• In case of adverse weather or force majeure, the drone video will be replaced with footage shot using an action camera. The video will be sent to your email via a cloud drive link for download within 48 hours after the tour ends

• Please be mindful not to feed the marine / wild animals or engage in any activity that may damage the ecosystem

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Partial refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
• The activity will be rescheduled if there is not a minimum of 3 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
