• Hukezan Eihō-ji Temple & Gamagori Orange Park are two-choice attractions. If you choose Gamagori Orange Park, you will not go to Eihō-ji Temple; conversely, if you choose Eihō-ji Temple, you will not go to Orange Park. The Orange Park option includes: Gamagori Orange Garden admission ticket + Omi beef sukiyaki lunch.
• 【Group Formation Notice】Minimum number of participants for group formation: 6 people. If the number of participants does not meet the minimum required, the tour will be canceled. An email notification of the tour cancellation will be sent 3 days before the departure date (or please check platform messages).

When a small group travels, a driver who also serves as an accompanying staff member will provide full tour services. No additional tour leader will be assigned. The driver and tour leader will only be responsible for the itinerary and time management. Upon arrival at attractions, please feel free to explore independently. Due to limited luggage storage space, each person may carry one standard-sized piece of luggage free of charge. If you wish to bring a large suitcase on board, please indicate this in the remarks section.
• 【Pre-departure Notification Email Reminder】On the evening before your departure, from 19:00-22:00 (Japan time), we will send a pre-departure notification email containing the tour leader's contact information, license plate details, meeting point map, and relevant注意事项. Please be sure to check it promptly and also keep an eye on your spam folder. During peak travel seasons, email delivery may be slightly delayed; we appreciate your understanding. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the most recently sent one.
• 【Meeting Time Requirements】Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting point on time. As the itinerary operates on a shared car model, late arrivals cannot be waited for and no refunds will be issued. Please pay close attention to the stopover and meeting times at each attraction as requested by the tour leader. All expenses and related responsibilities incurred due to lateness will be borne by you. Thank you for your understanding.

• 【Instructions for Responding to Force Majeure】In the event of itinerary delays caused by force majeure factors such as weather or traffic, the tour leader will flexibly adjust the itinerary sequence on-site, or shorten or cancel the停留时间 (stay duration) at some attractions based on actual conditions, to ensure the safe and orderly progress of the trip. In the event of unfavorable weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision will be made 1 day before departure (18:00 local time) whether to cancel the departure of this group, and notification will be sent via email at any time thereafter.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
