• 【Group Formation Notice】Minimum number of participants for group formation: 6 people. If the number of participants does not meet the minimum required, the tour will be canceled. • 【Children's Free Policy】Infants and children will be counted as passengers. Children aged 0-2 who do not occupy a separate seat can participate for free. Children over 2 years old are charged the same price as adults. If you have a child aged 0-2 (free) traveling with you, please make a note when placing the order. If not informed in advance and there is insufficient space, the driver has the right to refuse service, and any resulting losses must be borne by you. Thank you for your understanding.
• 【Vehicle Model & Tour Leader Arrangement Description】Vehicle Model: Vehicles are dispatched according to the number of people. For small groups, a driver who also serves as an attendant will provide full tour services, without an additional tour leader. The driver/tour leader is only responsible for the itinerary and time management. Upon arrival at attractions, please feel free to explore independently; for groups of 14 or more, a separate tour guide will be arranged; due to limited luggage storage space, each person may carry one standard-sized piece of luggage free of charge. If you wish to bring a large suitcase on board, please inform us in the remarks section.
• 【Pre-departure Notification Email Reminder】On the evening before your departure, from 19:00-22:00 (Japan time), we will send a pre-departure notification email containing the tour leader's contact information, license plate details, meeting point map, and relevant注意事项. Please be sure to check it promptly and also keep an eye on your spam folder. During peak travel seasons, email delivery may be slightly delayed; we appreciate your understanding. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the most recently sent one.
• 【Meeting Time Requirements】Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting point on time. As the itinerary operates on a shared car model, late arrivals cannot be waited for and no refunds will be issued. Please pay close attention to the stopover and meeting times at each attraction as requested by the tour leader. All expenses and related responsibilities incurred due to lateness will be borne by you. Thank you for your understanding.
• [Itinerary Time] The times marked in this itinerary are estimated times. Actual arrival and停留 times at each attraction may be slightly adjusted due to irresistible factors such as traffic conditions and weather on the day. We appreciate your understanding.
• 【Instructions for Responding to Force Majeure】In the event of itinerary delays caused by force majeure factors such as weather or traffic, the tour leader will flexibly adjust the itinerary sequence on-site, or shorten or cancel the停留时间 (stay duration) at some attractions based on actual conditions, to ensure the safe and orderly progress of the trip. In the event of unfavorable weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision will be made 1 day before departure (18:00 local time) whether to cancel the departure of this group, and notification will be sent via email at any time thereafter.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
