• [Itinerary Order] Due to tight ticket availability for the Mogao Caves during the July-August peak season, to ensure successful reservation for the visit, the itinerary may be temporarily adjusted to a counter-clockwise grand loop (attractions and number of days remain unchanged). You will be notified in advance before departure, and your cooperation with the driver's arrangements is appreciated.
• [Accommodation Reminder] Special Arrangement for Foreign Guests (Dachaidan Section): According to national regulations, Dachaidan is a non-open area, and local hotels are unable to accommodate foreign guests. If there are foreign tourists, this section will uniformly arrange for them to stay in local homestays (family guesthouses), and the price difference will not be refunded; the economic development in the northwest region is relatively lagging, and the overall hotel conditions (scale, facilities, service) lag behind hotels of the same grade in the mainland. Due to the cool climate, local hotels generally do not have air conditioning installed.
• [About Mogao Caves] (Real-name ticketing on-site, self-funded and not included) 1. Visiting time: You must strictly follow the actual reserved session for the Mogao Caves. Tourists in the same group may be arranged to visit at different times. 2. Ticket quantity: 6,000 normal tickets are sold for each visiting day (8 physical caves + 2 digital cinema movies). After normal tickets are sold out, the Dunhuang Academy will open emergency ticket pre-sales depending on the situation (specific availability cannot be predicted). There are 12,000 emergency visiting tickets (including 4 physical caves to visit). Once sold out, no tour can be arranged. If the Mogao Caves have special receptions or the passenger flow is too large resulting in no tickets available, making it impossible to arrange the tour, the ticket price will be refunded or a visit to Yulin Grottoes or Western Thousand Buddha Caves will be arranged, subject to actual conditions. 3. Regarding refunds: The Mogao Caves officially issue tickets in the form of package tickets. In case of special circumstances at the Mogao Caves, natural disasters, or daily reception volume exceeding the limit making it impossible to visit any of these items, no separate refunds will be made. 4. Children's tickets: Since children under 120 cm do not include tickets, according to Mogao Caves regulations, children aged 4 and above (inclusive) must purchase tickets. Mogao Caves tickets need to be booked online 30 days in advance. When booking for adults, tickets will be booked for children at the same time. Upon arrival at the Mogao Caves, fees will be charged based on the actual expenses incurred by the children.
• [Weather Tip] Ultraviolet radiation in Qinghai is extremely strong, and it is prone to rain. Therefore, hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, and umbrellas are all essential items. The air in Qinghai is dry; to boost your immunity, you should increase your intake of vegetables and fruits. Avoid consuming mutton immoderately to prevent internal heat (excessive body heat in traditional Chinese medicine).
• [Northwestern Customs] The route mostly passes through Muslim-inhabited areas with a strong religious atmosphere and Islamic faith. Please respect the local ethnic minority customs and traditions during your tour. Influenced by historical, geographical, and other comprehensive factors, coupled with the fact that most attractions are natural landscapes, the local folkways are relatively straightforward and people speak bluntly.
• [Altitude Sickness] The altitude of the trip is basically between 2,200 and 3,000 meters. In case of altitude sickness, contact the driver in time. Do not engage in strenuous exercise, do not overeat, do not drink excessive alcohol, and pay attention to replenishing drinking water.
• [Drone Aerial Photography] One drone for every 3 to 4 vehicles. The driver will conduct aerial photography around Qinghai Lake, Highway 315, and Qinghai Yadan. In case of weather conditions or force majeure factors preventing aerial photography, there will be no refunds, and this will not be accepted as a reason for complaint.
• [Single Room Supplement] (If a single room supplement occurs, please cover it yourself): Single occupancy must pay the single room supplement. For triple occupancy, it is recommended to prepay the single room supplement in advance. If no single room supplement is paid, we will try our best to arrange a triple room or extra bed. Most hotels in Northwest China do not have triple rooms. If it is impossible to arrange a triple room, sharing a room, or an extra bed, please cover the room supplement yourself)
• [Booking Restrictions] Seniors: Those aged 70 and above must sign a "Health Certificate" and be accompanied by a family member to travel; those aged 81 and above cannot be accommodated. Minors: Those under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a family member to join the tour; individual registrations cannot be accepted. Patients, pregnant women, and individuals with reduced mobility: Individuals suffering from severe illnesses (such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory system diseases, mental illnesses, severe anemia, postoperative recovery period, etc.), pregnant women, and individuals with reduced mobility cannot be accommodated.
• [Shopping Reminder] Shopping at scenic spots and stores along the way is a personal voluntary behavior. Please choose carefully and properly keep your invoices and certificates; such shopping has nothing to do with the travel agency.
• [Scenic Area Voucher] Admission to the scenic area requires the original ID card, passport, or Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao residents used during booking. Any failure to enter the scenic area due to identification document issues will be at one's own expense. Please inform in advance if holding discount documents.
• [Other Reminders] During the trip, you must not leave the tour group without authorization. Otherwise, all losses and consequences caused thereby shall be borne by the tourists themselves; in case of trip delays or other expenses caused by force majeure factors, please understand and bear them at your own expense; once you join this tour, no fees will be refunded under any circumstances if you leave the tour or cancel halfway for any reason.

Cancellation policy

• Full refund available up to 7 days before the start of the trip
• 6 to 4 days before the start of the trip, an 80% refund is available.
• A 60% refund is available from 3 to 1 days before the start of the trip.
• On the day of departure, no cancellations or modifications are allowed.

• Children with a height of 120cm and above will be charged the same rate as adults
• Child standard price description: Children under 120 cm in height only include the bus seat fee and 1 half-price desert buffet dinner. Everything else is not included (no bed, no breakfast, no tickets); any expenses incurred shall be borne by yourself.
