• [Accommodation Reminder] Special arrangements for foreign guests (Dachaidan section): According to national regulations, Dachaidan is a non-open area, and local hotels cannot accommodate foreign guests. If there are foreign tourists, this section will uniformly arrange accommodation in local guesthouses (family hotels), and the price difference will not be refunded; the northwestern region is economically underdeveloped, and the overall conditions of hotels (scale, facilities, services) are inferior to those of hotels of the same level in the interior. Due to the cool climate, local hotels generally do not have air conditioning.
• 【About Mogao Grottoes】(Real-name system on-site ticket purchase, self-funded, not included) 1. Visiting time: Visitors must strictly follow the actual reserved time slots for Mogao Grottoes. Tourists in the same group may be arranged to visit at different times. 2. Ticket quantity: 6,000 regular tickets are sold each visiting day (8 physical grottoes + 2 digital cinema films). After regular tickets are sold out, the Dunhuang Academy will, depending on the situation, open pre-sales for emergency tickets (specific availability cannot be predicted). There are 12,000 emergency tickets (including visits to 4 physical grottoes). Once sold out, visits cannot be arranged. If Mogao Grottoes has special receptions or is out of tickets due to excessive visitor flow, making visits impossible, the ticket price will be refunded, or visits to Yulin Grottoes or Western Thousand Buddha Caves will be arranged, subject to actual circumstances. 3. Regarding refunds: Mogao Grottoes officially stipulates that tickets are sold as a package.
