• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given

• It is your responsibility to inform the operator if you have any special health conditions. The operator is not responsible for any adverse effects which may arise from any treatment.
• Smelly food (e.g. durian) is not allowed in the facility

• Participants using wheelchairs/mobility equipment should be accompanied

Confirmation

• You'll get confirmation within 48 hours. If you don't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• A full refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Cruise, ferry or flight is cancelled
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 5 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 25 participants. If this happens, you'll get a refund

Eligibility

• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
• Small group: Children aged 0 and above are the same price as adults. Large group: Children aged 0 to 3 are free, children aged 4 to 14 pay child price, and those aged 15 and above pay adult price.
