Cancellation policy
- Due to the venue strict conditions, the following cancellation fees apply (time is calculated from 11:59 PM on the day before your tour): Up to 7 days before the tour: 25% cancellation fee; 3 days or less before the tour: 100% cancellation fee (no refund)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 2 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
