Every staff member at the hotel was courteous, always smiling, and their service attitude is truly commendable! The reason for this rating is solely due to the buffet dinner, which was terrible. I won't waste time describing it in detail here; in short, the buffet dinner was even simpler and worse than breakfast! When we booked, we noticed there were no photos of the buffet dinner, which we found a bit odd, but we thought, 'It's a Marriott brand, how bad could it be?' So we went ahead and booked. Klook should really review this; why is Klook's quality declining? When we checked in, the staff kindly warned us that the buffet dinner was a simple one, but since we were already there, we decided to try it. We never expected it to be *this* simple! We noticed very few people at dinner, which might be the reason. However, if that's the case, it would have been better not to offer the buffet dinner at all. Now, it has left travelers with a bad impression of the Marriott brand! It's one thing for adults, but the children, who were looking forward to a vacation, were extremely disappointed!

I was misled by the title. It stated "double buffet dinner," but in reality, it was an evening cocktail at the executive lounge. The food selection was limited, and the dining time was short (until 8:30 PM). Packaging an executive lounge room as including a double buffet dinner is absolutely misleading.
