- Comfortable 5-seater vehicles are arranged for 1-4 people, business 7-seater MPVs for 5-6 people, and appropriate vehicles and models are arranged according to the number of people for 7 or more people.
- The exclusive chartered car package does not include a tour guide. Drivers can only provide brief explanations and ticketing services. If you need tour guide services, please select a package according to your needs.
- Drone delivery, driverless vehicle reservations, and mall consumption all require WeChat / Alipay. Out-of-town tourists are advised to activate data roaming in advance, and overseas tourists need a Chinese mainland mobile phone number to place an order for drone delivery.
- Unauthorized flying of personal drones is prohibited within the DJI campus, and the entire area is a restricted flight zone.
- For the driverless taxi experience, real-name authentication is required to ride, and an ID card must be presented for registration.
- The drone delivery experience is at personal expense.

- Unauthorized flying of drones is strictly prohibited throughout the entire journey. The entire urban area of Shenzhen is strictly restricted for flight, and violations will be controlled and penalized.
- Shenzhen Museum of Contemporary Art and Urban Planning (MOCAPE) is closed all day on Mondays.
- Shenzhen Bay Park (Joy Harbour) area: Bringing pets, setting up tents, flying kites, and wading into the sea are strictly prohibited.
- Private car drivers are mainly responsible for pick-up and drop-off, and cannot handle itinerary explanations, guided tours, or finding parking spaces at the same time. If you want a better touring experience, it is recommended to choose a package with tour guide services.
