Today, we were hosted by tour guide Ben Lin. Ben was very punctual and attentive, providing detailed explanations at each attraction, taking photos for us, and waiting patiently. He also gave thorough explanations of famous local foods, offering choices and recommendations. When it rained heavily, he drove the vehicle to the nearest pick-up/drop-off point, taking excellent care of us. If any friends visit Kuala Lumpur, I will definitely recommend him to them again!

Our guide, Felix, was very professional. He explained a lot about the history of Malaysia and Ipoh, and was very accommodating to our requests, whether it was recommending food, changing times, or adjusting the itinerary. He did his best to help. However, Ipoh itself is a bit underdeveloped and doesn't have much that's special; it's not worth the 6+ hour round trip to visit. Finally, thanks to Felix for the dinner recommendation at the end, it was really good!

Ben was great as a driver and as a guide, and we never felt rushed. Theres really not much to do in ipoh but if you have a free day and want to see other parts of Malaysia, this is a good tour. You can see a variety of things, and its as explained in the itinerary.

We had a wonderful time with Michelle as our tour guide. She was attentive throughout the trip, always checking in to see if we’re hungry & making sure we’re comfortable with the car aircon temperature. She also gave us recommendations on places to explore around KL. Very friendly!

I thought all the good reviews in klook to the tour agent will ease me using your service, but I was wrong. 1. It is not a tour, more like a driver. So why i need to hire a tour as the tour not service was not there 2. ⁠the driver keep on texting while driving, which is dangerous 3. ⁠i have explecitely told our guest from USA, but the agent provide a “driver” with very little speaking english which knows very little english. Contradict to the published klook service mention english speaking tour (not a tour anyway) 4. ⁠if there is option 0.5 star, that will be my star rating to this company
