Tim is a fantastic guide, very patient in explaining. Due to off peak season, when the strawberry farm is unavailable, he gladly replace with hikawa clock shop and lawson convenience shop for phototaking.

The day was packed with activities: we went strawberry picking at a farm (and ate 6 different varieties of strawberries for 30 minutes!), admired Mount Fuji from Oishi Park at Lake Kawaguchiko while enjoying ice cream and dango, rode the Fujisan train, and climbed the stairs at Arakurayama Sengen Park for another view of Mount Fuji. It was a very fulfilling day! Although the schedule was a bit rushed, which is understandable given the long travel distances, it was still well worth the trip overall. The driver was very thoughtful in his arrangements, but it was a bit disappointing that there was no tour guide to provide explanations, possibly due to the small group size.

Guide: needs improvement on how to manage and entertain guests. per instruction, guide will wear yellow but not during pick-up (for easy reference hopefully). Itinerary is very compressed due to limited time.

The itinerary was great! Picking peaches was a lot of fun, and it was so satisfying to eat them right after. It was quite cold and rainy when we reached the Fuji Five Lakes area.

Tour leader William is very nice and friendly. He whatsapp us 1 day before to confirm. The tour bus is new and comfortable. It is very important cos we spent over 9 hrs in the bus. Unfortunately due to very bad traffic jam, the train visit was cut and no compensation.

Our tour guide, Xiao Wu, was incredibly friendly and professional, as well as handsome and entertaining. The itinerary was fantastic, and we were blessed with clear views of Mount Fuji the entire time. The peaches we picked were very juicy and delicious. Oishi Park's lavender was in full bloom, making it beautiful and fragrant, though there were a lot of tourists.

I joined this local tour to Mount Omuro in early August. I was really looking forward to seeing the lush green "matcha pudding mountain" with my own eyes, but unfortunately, the fog was too thick that day, and I couldn't see anything in the end, which was a bit disappointing. However, our tour guide, Andrew, was very professional and thoughtful! Even though the group members were from all over the world, he skillfully switched between different languages to provide detailed explanations for everyone. Regarding the schedule, although the round-trip travel time took up quite a bit of the day, the time spent at the attractions was sufficient and not too rushed.

The entire day's itinerary was very comfortable and enjoyable. The tour guide was very enthusiastic and nice. I would definitely participate again if I have the chance.

Our driver and tour guide, Ah Hao, was very thoughtful. He proactively checked in with guests to understand their needs and was very polite, making for a very pleasant experience. Furthermore, Ah Hao speaks Cantonese, Mandarin, and Japanese, so communication was seamless! The itinerary was packed, allowing us to admire Mount Fuji from various angles and connect with nature. It was a very enjoyable day! However, it's worth noting that if you're visiting during strawberry season, the strawberries in May might not be as sweet since it's not peak season.
