The driver is very enthusiastic and will introduce food and attractions along the road from Sun Moon Lake to Taichung. When there is a big traffic jam on the day of the Fireworks Festival, the driver can quickly change the route and save a lot of time. Klook is the super platform which I always use to book private transport in Taiwan. The van is decent, and although it is a shared private transport, there was only another family (Singaporeans too) sharing it with us. Driver is friendly. I took the shared ride from Taichung High Speed Rail to Sun Moon Lake. I was worried that the number of people would be canceled. Fortunately, the trip would go smoothly. The driver's eldest brother, Mr. Wu Yixin, is very professional. In addition to impeccable passenger service, he also acts as our guide along the way. I booked the Taichung High Speed Rail Station to and from Sun Moon Lake. Thank your company for directly helping us to send us to Xuanzang Temple in Sun Moon Lake, and then to Xuanzang Temple to pick us up again, so that we can save the time to travel around the lake. The driver is on time, and the customer service staff handles the late passengers briskly.

Driver was late by 30 minutes. I suspect it’s because I was the last one to be picked up at the HSR Taichung station. The others boarded the van earlier at other locations. All in all, the ride was ok and took about 40 minutes to arrive at Shuishe Pier (Sun Moon Lake).

The customer service was very professional and contacted me one day in advance and confirmed to join the line in order to contact me. However, because I am not familiar with Taichung, I still ran into the wrong room 7-11 (pictured). Fortunately, the two shops successfully found the driver at the corner. Please be sure to confirm the picture, don’t go wrong! The whole journey is very comfortable, and the driver is very enthusiastic and recommends everyone to take it!
