Reviews
pick up was a bit chaotic as there was only a Chinese guide. but then we stopped at a second gathering spot in Xi’an where there was an English guide. he explained the trails etc. going up west and going down north is the easiest way, as it’s mostly down hill. any moderate fit person can do it. they provide small lunch and small breakfast. they did have us pay an extra 50yuan for a gps and insurance they said. as it’s just a guide for the transfer to the mountain and you do the hike by yourself nobody gave tips at the end.
Many thanks to Tour Guide Wang! 🙏 He was enthusiastic and patient, taking care of every tourist and introducing us to many delicious Xi'an foods. 😋
Amazing! Even though it was raining, it snowed at the top! Amazing! Crystal is such an amazing guide 👍🏽
Huashan mountain was beautiful and there really isn't enough time to appreciate all the surroundings 🥲 My tour guide crystal was really helpful! She gave clear directions on which route to take on the mountain, which i saw too late because of internet connection issues 😅 while the guide won't follow you up the mountain, they are very contactable and you can call them if you need help. Recommend to get the GPS device!
Sia was great and very nice! The mountains are breathtaking and the hike was also not bad. I went to the west peak and the south peak.
Coaches were clean & toilets at transfer were dirty. Routes at mountain were not clear. Almost took the wrong way. Took the 4 hour walk, quite tiring. Added additional for bus ride down & insurance strongly recommended.
the good scene you need pre see the weather before plan date in order to take good photo, normally after 4pm will go the clear scenery....value in trip n the mount sky high
Our tour guide is very attentive and explained everything in detail. He also help me to get a refund for senior discount. What a pleasant surprise.
Super amazing day !! the mountain is exhausting but really rewarding at the same time. The hike is self guided however our tour guide Zem was great !! He was super polite, welcoming and accomodating. He explained everything thoroughly before we left to go up the mountain and responded to any questions promptly when we were up there as well. From when we got on the bus to go to when we got off the bus to go back to our hotel he was always there for us, making us feel very reassured.
Absolutely amazing experience and highly recommended a trip to see the fabulous Mount Hua as the views a breathtaking. Zeb was an absolute gem and made the whole experience very smooth, providing lots of help and tips along the way. Definitely recommend doing the tobaggon experience. West to West was a good option but it does take quite a while to get around especially with the crowds, eg. almost 4hrs and that's not covering two of the peaks so managed your expectations, as you don't really get started till about 12pm. But all in all highly recommended!

Due to the different physical strengths of tourists, the tour guide will explain the Mount Hua climbing route and precautions along the way, and after handling all the ticketing for the tourists, the guide will send the guests to the cableway at the Mount Hua scenic area. The guide will not provide explanations on the mountain and will not accompany the climb. Thank you for your understanding. In the afternoon, the tour guide will wait for the tourists to gather at the foot of Mount Hua for the unified return trip. (If you need a tour guide to accompany you on the climb, you can choose a private tour with an accompanying climb route.)
