If the tour cannot depart normally due to an insufficient number of participants, bad weather, traffic controls, temporary closure of facilities, or other force majeure factors, you will be notified separately via email and receive a full refund. - Service Language: When traveling by bus, a Chinese-speaking guide will accompany you throughout the trip and provide commentary in Chinese. For groups of 9 or fewer, a Chinese-speaking driver-guide may be assigned, focusing primarily on itinerary guidance and basic explanations, and detailed attraction guided tours cannot be provided. Cantonese, Taiwanese, or English guided tours are not available; your understanding is appreciated.
- Vehicles Used: Generally, buses with 21 or more seats are arranged, and the actual vehicle model will be adjusted based on the number of participants on the day. For groups of 9 or fewer, a 10-seater vehicle may be arranged.
- This is a joint tour, and bus seats may be adjacent to other travelers. If traveling companions wish to be seated on the same bus, please complete your bookings under the same order.
- Lunch is not included in this tour. You may enjoy lunch at your own expense during the stop at American Village.
- All tour times are in Japan Standard Time. Please arrive at the designated meeting point for check-in by 12:00. Late arrivals will not be accommodated and the tour will not wait. If you are unable to join the tour due to being late or absent, no refunds or order modifications will be provided.
- The actual itinerary, sequence of attractions, duration of stays, and arrival times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic conditions, facility operating conditions, and other factors. In special circumstances, some attractions may be temporarily canceled, and partial refunds will not be issued for such occurrences. On the day of the activity, please adhere to the meeting times for each attraction as instructed by the guide; late arrivals will not be waited for.
- If the tour cannot proceed due to bad weather or other force majeure factors, the supplier may cancel the tour, in which case you will be notified via email and arrangements will be made for rescheduling or a full refund. Please monitor the email address provided at the time of booking, including your spam folder.
- The lighting times and exhibition contents of the Southeast Botanical Gardens illumination show may be adjusted based on the season, weather, and arrangements by the park.
- Some attractions require walking tours, so it is recommended to wear comfortable shoes and clothing suitable for walking.
- Infants aged 0–3 can participate for free without occupying a seat. Each adult may bring a maximum of 1 free infant; starting from the 2nd infant, a child ticket must be purchased.
- No food or drinks are allowed inside the vehicle. Each traveler is allowed to bring a maximum of 1 piece of 28-inch luggage; your cooperation is appreciated.
- The tour is expected to return to downtown Naha around 20:50. The actual arrival time may be delayed due to traffic conditions. If you have flights or other travel arrangements scheduled for the day of the activity, please allow ample time for yourself. We cannot assume responsibility for subsequent travel arrangements delayed due to traffic congestion or other factors.
