Each session invites you to move between a handcrafted Finnish designed sauna, cool room, lake-fed plunge pool and outdoor deck, with time to relax between rounds and take in uninterrupted alpine views.

The sauna is heated using traditional Finnish methods to encourage deep warmth and relaxation, while cold plunges provide a refreshing contrast. Between rounds, guests can cool down in the cool room, rinse off under lake-fed buckets and outdoor showers, or unwind on the deck.
