While Osaka’s premier 3 Michelin star Japanese Cuisine restaurant “Kashiwaya Senriyama Main Store” accomodates guests with all private rooms, a new style of Kashiwaya featuring only counter seating will open at Kitashinchi, Osaka from June 17, 2022.
Atsushi Takahashi, who has gained experience at Kashiwaya Osaka Senriyama Main Store since 1996 and was the chef at the 2 Michelin star Kashiwaya Hong Kong (currently closed), will be designated as main chef at the Kashiwaya Kitashinchi branch.
