Trip was well organized from the start. Nio, my driver was already prepared with my intended itinerary and was open to last minute amendments as well. Nio was also very polite and pleasnt which made the trip all the more enjoyable. Just need to be prepared with small change for the multiple “donations” that are required at some of the sites for the parking attendants and onsite guides.

Our supir Zulfan is super friendly and punctual. Thank you for being kind and humorous along our trip, recommend a good restaurant and delicious food for our lunch, snack and dinner. We love it so much. Car condition is good, comfortable for us 5 person. No hidden fees as some of travel agen/supir. Very recommended.

Service: The service was excellent. Our driver, Boby, was very friendly, and the trip was enjoyable. Even though we were rear-ended mid-journey, it didn't affect our travel plans. Cleanliness: The vehicle's interior was clean and tidy.

We booked the Medan Private Car Charter for a one-day trip to Lake Toba and couldn't have asked for a better driver than Zulfan. He was already waiting for us right on time in the morning — no stress, no waiting around, just a smooth start to the day. What really set Zulfan apart was how knowledgeable he is about the area. He shared interesting bits about the Batak culture, the history around Lake Toba, and pointed out spots we never would have found on our own. It genuinely felt like having a local friend show us around rather than just a hired driver. His food recommendations were a highlight too! He took us to a local spot that was absolutely delicious — the kind of place you'd never stumble upon as a tourist. Authentic, affordable, and packed with locals. Exactly what we were hoping for. On top of all that, Zulfan was warm, friendly, and easy to talk to throughout the whole day. He made sure we were comfortable and checked in on us regularly without being intrusive.

We were lucky to meet a driver with a very good attitude. He drove fast and steady, had good driving skills, and did not look and play at his phone during driving. He was very professional! He was very responsible and understood that we were unfamiliar with the place. He would be by our side to guide us every step of the way. I really appreciate his attitude. I hope everything goes well for him in the future. 🙏

Generally good. What was strange was that the driver claimed that hikes on Sibayak were forbidden alone. This is factually incorrect and gave the impression that he wanted to sell us a guide. You should specify the destinations yourself. The driver's suggestions were rather useless.

Easy contact with the driver via whatsapp. Everything went as expexted. Recommended for a smooth transfer 🙂.
