Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to request a full refund
- A full refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Cruise, ferry or flight is cancelled
- Partial refund rules: 1. Refunds are available at any time before the group is formed. After the group is formed, a 5% fee will be deducted 15-29 days before departure, a 30% fee will be deducted 7-14 days before departure, and a 100% fee will be deducted 0-6 days before departure. 2. In the event of overtime caused by force majeure factors during the trip, such as heavy rain, heavy snow, traffic jams, or traffic accidents, and without violating local road safety laws, our company's driver-guide has the right to adjust, change, or cancel sightseeing arrangements based on the time. 3. If the customer is late, resulting in overtime, the late customer should pay the driver-guide directly according to the local overtime fee rules. 4. If the activity vendor for any activities in the itinerary is not open, this itinerary will not bear any responsibility.
- If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
- Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 5 minutes or more
- The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 25 participants. If this happens, you'll get a refund

Booking changes policy
- Change are allowed until 1 day(s) before activity starts
- The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
- The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
- Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
