- Driver information will be notified via email one day before departure (please check your inbox and spam folder).
- If parking fees and overtime fees are incurred during the charter period, they must be paid to the driver in Japanese Yen on-site according to the actual amount.
- Infants and children must be included in the calculation of the number of passengers. Please be sure to accurately fill in the actual total number of passengers when booking. If overcrowding is found on-site, for safety reasons, the driver has the right to refuse service and no refund will be given. Your cooperation is appreciated.
- This itinerary does not allow for the designation of vehicle models. The actual vehicle used will be arranged according to the number of people and vehicle dispatch on the day. Your understanding is appreciated.
- If you need to change the departure time, please submit an application 2 days before the departure date. Whether the change can be made depends on the arrangement.
- If you need to change the itinerary route, you can communicate directly with the driver on the day.
- If your cruise or flight arrives early or late, please be sure to contact customer service 2 hours before the original pick-up time.
- When booking, please provide detailed pick-up and drop-off location information, such as OO Hotel, OO Port, etc.; if it is an airport transfer, please be sure to provide flight information.
- Japanese drivers can communicate in simple English. If you need assistance, you can contact Chinese customer service by phone or email at any time.
- If a child safety seat is required, each costs 1,000 Japanese Yen, please pay the driver on-site.
- If the car usage time exceeds 22:00, overtime fees must be paid to the driver on-site.
